Wedding Cakes

Your Wedding Cake will make a beautiful centerpiece for your reception!

The number of people you will be serving determines the size of your cake. You need at least 100 servings to insure a properly tapered 3 - tiered cake. Others can be attractivley set on cake stands to show their elegance. Combine this with a filling and your choice of icings to create the "picture perfect" cake. Top it with a keepsake topper, garlands, basket weave or icing of your choice.

Prices of cakes depend upon layer and filling flavors, whether the layers are mixed and degree of detail. Rolled fondant, Royal Icing and Basket weave are more costly per serving. Rose petals or fresh flowers can be used on the cake, furnished by the wedding party; however, we do not guarantee the duration of the flowers. The sky is the limit with so many cake designs available. Butter cream or fondant, you can design the ultimate cake for your wedding day.

The Groom's Cake

The Groom's Cake is a tradition originating in the South and was a symbol of the couple's sweet life together.

Originally a fruitcake was baked and cut into small squares and then put into monogrammed boxes as a favor for guests. Time, labor and cost led to the end of this tradition.

Today's Groom's Cake serves as a way for the groom to have his own special part of the reception or rehearsal dinner. It often hints at his personality, if the groom loves basketball or racing the cake could resemble a basketball or racecar.

Again, many flavors and designs can be selected to capture that special memory.
